1. Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: The product(s) must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all tags, seals, and packaging intact. Products that are consumed or partially opened cannot be returned.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange. Please report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Non-returnable Products: Certain products such as perishable goods or items that are not eligible for returns (e.g., customized items) are non-returnable. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Order Information: Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your request.
  3. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number, if applicable.
  4. Shipping the Return: After receiving the RA number, please ship the product back to us in its original packaging. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
  5. Refund/Exchange Processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where the returned item is not in its original condition or is missing parts, we may issue a partial refund or refuse the return.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective products.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process outlined above. Once the original product is returned, we will process the exchange and send you the new item. If the new item has a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We may ask you to provide photos or other documentation of the damage or defect. We will then arrange for a full refund or exchange, including the cost of return shipping.

6. Cancellations

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to initiate a return after receiving the product.
